The staff were nice and courteous and knew their duties. I booked a nicely updated and delightful room with a fridge and good AC. the location was particularly good and marvelous for me, in the middle of Jackson.

nice place to stay in mattoon, if compared to other hotels. its easy base for sightseeing and exploring mattoon. pleasant and accommodating stuff as one would expect. this hotel offers particularly good and great location so close to restaurants and store. besides, meadowview golf course is 15 minutes' drive away.

I recently stayed at the Motel 6 in Mattoon for two nights while traveling with a trailer. The convenient on-site parking made it easy for me to park and unload. The location, close to the interstate, was very convenient for my travels. The desk attendant was incredibly nice and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The newly remodeled rooms were clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed. I was impressed with the multi-channel television options and the free Wi-Fi. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms.

The room had great air conditioning and a nice flat-screen TV with cable channels. It also had climate control, so you could set the room temperature just how you like it. the location was awesome as it was near some yummy restaurants and shopping spots 🍔🛍️.

The location of the hotel is convenient, being about a 10 minute drive from the nearest highway exit. Some rooms have been recently renovated with laminate flooring, providing a fresh and clean look. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even offering to fill up the ice bucket when the ice machine was not working.

The parking lot is in poor condition, with potholes and loose gravel, which can be inconvenient and potentially damaging to vehicles.
